A Wonder Drug That Lengthens Eye Lashes Naturally | Healthma

Easy tips that you can do everyday to improve your health, appearance and overall, your confidence, even while facing stress.
At times, life can really be hectic and stressful. As we all know, stress takes a massive toll on us; both mentally and physically. Here are some fairly quick and simple tips that can help you to look wonderful, and therefore, feel fantastic!
- Drink plenty of water. This keeps us hydrated which does more than I even began to explain. It can help ease (and avoid) headaches, rid the body of toxins, and helps your overall appearance. Water is great for your skin, also. Water is vital to our health of course. Don’t underestimate what a bottle of water can do for you when you feel like your dragging.
- Take a bath or shower. This can help relax us for many reasons. A bath or shower (your preference) can be extremely soothing which obviously decreases stress. Less stress, the less stress you’ll look! You’ll feel lighter, and it can be a great mood booster.
- Exercise. This is important so that our bodies have a chance to produce natural endorphins. Don’t make excuses; just because you climb 5 flights of stairs to get to work does NOT mean you don’t need to exercise. Even 20 minutes can do wonders. You don’t even need to do it everyday. A few times a week and build if you life, as you can. You’ll feel better in general and be healthier overall.
- Skip the caffeine and food containing lots of sugar. You’re only going to feel better from this for a little while. Then, you’re going to crash; hard. You’ll feel worse and it will show, appearance-wise.
- Take an hour to yourself. Be alone, do some light thinking if you have to, but try to relax and put things in perspective. Put the cell phone down, turn off the computer, get away from television. Just be.
- Eat a light and healthy snack. It can help you feel better instead of eating a heavy meal. You can try some fruit, yogurt, granola bars, etc.
- Act on intuition. If you feel like you need to do something in order to make yourself feel better while stressed, find some time in the day and do it. If you’re wanting a nap, take one. Even if it’s only a half hour, you’ll feel better that you got to do something you had in mind. Even if it isn’t something as time consuming as sleeping, find a way to get it done.
We all face stress but by keeping things in perspective, we can get through the day and hopefully look and feel the best we can. Give these tips a try and feel free to share your own tips in the comments.
