Are your eyes suppose to water when putting on eye liner and mascara?
BTW- i don't poke my self in the eye when putting it on.

Some peoples do. I can't line my waterline (The part of your lower eyelid that meets your upper when you blink) because within a few minutes my eyes make it go away with a few blinks. my eyes aren't watery at all, they just don't like make up that close to them. I have fairly sensitive eyes. my eye doctor has given me good make up application and product tips. You should talk to yours.
