TV star Cat Deeley has been a hit on both sides of the Atlantic. the 34-year-old is currently promoting healthy hair as the face of Pantene Pro-V and has New Year advice that we could all adhere to.

she said: “If you look after yourself on a regular basis – eat a good diet, drink lots of water, exercise regularly and sleep – you don’t need to put lots of effort into looking good. then you can afford the odd naughty slip-up.”

FEBRUARY

Olivia Palermo has been a beauty editor style crush in 2010 and the obsession with former star of the City looks set to continue as she teams up with model boyfriend Johannes Huebl for her latest project. the gorgeous pair appear together for Mango’sautumn winter range, but 24-year-old Olivia has already sorted her spring wardrobe. she said: “In the summer I like to stay in England and do the festivals.

“That’s when you need to be even more aware of how much time you’re spending out in the sun and remember to top up on sunscreen.”

AUGUST

CHECK IN a LITTLE HOLIDAY EXCESS BAGGAGE

although Jennifer Aniston is now 41, her beach body would put most women half her age to shame in the annual holiday snaps competition.

despite looking effortlessly flawless, Jen reveals that, unlike the rest of us pre-holiday, she won’t starve herself for two weeks in the sun.
