eyelash growth

I have a condition in my right eye that was said to be developmental problem when I was growing up.
But I believe its something different, Here is a list of my symptoms:

Lack of vision in my right eye, the vision loss is like a flash from a camera going off but leaving that thin black film. it's currently 50/20 or 60/20 and the film never goes away.

Eye pressure every now and then, not very much pressure, and its always on one side of my eye.
My left eye has 20/20 vision.

The right eye does not have any vision blur unless I'm tired.

Glasses does not help improve my vision.

That's the complete list of the vision problems, does anyone have any idea what may be wrong with me eye?

sounds medical conditioned problem.Thin film case was once owned by my friend later he had surgery to fix that.
