eyelash growth

Would it be a good recommendation for a redhead (with blonde lashes, and blonde roots) to dye her lashes with a 1000 hour tint in brown? Will this dye the base of my lashes as well, or just the tips?

im a red head myself and i get my eyelashes done all the time

its the best seriously
get it done pref, it does the base and tip and lower lashes

highly recomend it

although it does sometimes burn for a few minutes

if you do it well and often it should be fine
i have blonde eyelashes and use the black dye it turns out fine as long as you make sure you paint right to the roots
