Which would be better for Asian eyelashes, false eyelashes or eyelash extensions?

hiiii
i wanna get fake lashes atm mine are sparse short straight and point downwards.
They look OK with maximum mascara, but not nice. I want them to look nice lol.
Which would be better for me, the strip false lashes you buy from the store, or eyelash extensions (glued to each individual eyelash) applied at a salon?
