eyelash growth

I have had this enlarged pore/hole for over a year and it is not making any improvements on closing up. my assumption is that a punch graft is the only way to improve its condition. any thoughts? it is 1.5 mm in diameter and is pretty deep, you cannot see the bottom.

Sounds pretty bad. That is a scar and not a pore. You need to go to a dermatologist. There are several options including (but not all), microdermabrasion, and laser treatment. good luck.
