and i am also on a budget in these product fit perfectly
if u have used any of these products PLUS tell me wat they r like and f u have any of ur own PLUS tell me
i also want to use cover girl because they r cheap and i like their product

I use the Cover Girl clear mascara as a brow gel. I love it. Your makeup kit sounds good.

i dont like covergirl face products because they tend to fade off the skin quickly within about 4 hours of wearing them. but the eye and lip products are great. and yes i think that is more than enough for a starter makeup kit.

Looks like a good list, the only thing I see missing is a eye primer. it won't let your eyeshadow crease or eyeliner slide around. I don't think Covergirl makes one but Loreal makes one called De-crease eyeshadow base. I like Too Faced shadow Insurance, its about $20 but it will last for about a year cause u only need a tiny amount

that sounds good.
maybe throw in a brown mascara.
a white eyeliner for the inner corner of your eyes.
and a brown eyeliner for a more natural look.
and a sparkly eyeliner for fun
