Latisse – permanent correction?

Ash asked:

After using Latisse for the full 16 weeks of treatment, will my eyelashes stay as long as they grew? Or will I have to continue buying the product when I run out to keep them long?

Apparently, “If application is halted, the eyelashes will return to their usual growth rate.” But will they return to their usual SIZE?
Thank you so much!!!

And thanks for the warning. I do have brown eyes already. I’m still not completely sure if I will choose to use the product — I’m kind of wary about the side effects.

Thanks a lot.

One Response to “Latisse – permanent correction?”

  • pjones:

The eyelashes that grew from treatment will remain but, eyelashes fall out (ask those of us who wear glasses and constantly have people placing their fingers inside them NEAR our eyes to wipe them off) So, they fall out. If you stop Latisse, then the eyelashes that replace the treated ones that fell out will be at their normal growth rate. So, it’s possible you could use it till you get the result you want then stop, then start again when shorter lashes replaced too many of the longer ones. However. Unless your eyes are already brown, one of the side effects of this medication is that it gives a brown discoloration to the iris (colored part) of the eye, so be aware of both the good and potentially bad parts of using this product. Best Wishes.
