So, I experimented with an eyelash curler and fell in love with the results. I started to use the curler daily for about a month, and just noticed how thinned out my natural lashes have become!!! So I learned my lesson and will stop using the curler, but I’m very concerned about the current state of my lashes. I know that eyelashes take 4-8 weeks on average to grow back…but is there ANY WAY to aid the process??? Not necessarily speeding the growth rate or make them grow back thicker/longer, etc., but just to ensure that they DO grow back, healthy and strong? I’ve heard about castor oil, baby oil, and almond oil…but I’ve also heard that those are simply old wives tales…I’m so scared that my lashes will never get back to their original state…anybody with some physiological/medical advice? I have stopped using waterproof mascara because it is very difficult to remove and it makes my eyelashes fall out!
i used to have Long curly lashes, now they are patchy and thinned because of the mascara use.

does anyone know how long they will take to grow back to full length?
or is there anything i can use to make them strong and aid the re-growth?

My sister has been touching/stroking her eyelashes constantly (and not even noticing sometimes) and has caused them to break off a bit and stunt their growth. Does anyone else have this problem? How do you stop it?
She doesn’t pull them at all, just strokes them and after a while they became shorter.
