right now i use maybelline colossal volum' express, givenchy phenomen'eyes over top, and then seperate my lashes with an eyelash comb.
i'm obsessed with the look of thick, long, dark, babydoll-like lashes and i love layering mascaras.
does anyone have a recommendation for a lengthening mascara or a mascara that seperates and fans out your lashes that comes in a nice dark black?

What would be a good mascara for me?

Okay, so I know the individual lashes are individual (obviously) & that you have to put a whole bunch of them on, but why? Is it in any way better than just buying the full eyelash? please explain the reason for each, because I have no clue. :]

The individual lashes help you fill in spaces in your eyelashes. or if you have a really thin section in your eyelashes, you would apply a few individual lashes to help the section look like the rest of your eyelashes. some people may think full lashes are too dramatic or noticeable, which is why they choose to go with individual lashes.

I believe some people think individual lashes look better because each one is placed. a strip is not as perfectly alligned with your lashes.

What's the difference between individual lashes and the full strip of lashes?

I started using Rapidlash last year. I spend less than $40 a tube and it lasts several months, I don’t use it every night anymore, just a few times a week now to maintain.

I know it works because for my entire life, I’ve had a certain wonky eyelash that won’t behave and just sticks straight up. I have always plucked it when it gets too long. But since using Rapidlash, it is now surrounded by long lovely lashes and I don’t notice it anymore, my lashes are long.

I don’t have to fill in a certain spot in my brows anymore that was always thin. it has NOT helped as much around the arch area, but I’m working on it.

You are definitely right that it is a subtle difference, and most people aren’t going to notice (or care) if your lashes are longer. But I think of it this way: NO ONE will know if I got a massage or a pedicure or a mammogram for that matter! some things you do for YOURSELF! And it saves me time, I use less makeup to look good, and just generally am very pleased with my results.

Do products that claim to promote eyelash growth really work?

I have naturally long eyelashes but for the past few months I've been noticing that on my left eye it's missing some eyelashes and the lashes are much shorter then my right eye. is there anything I cana do to get them back to normal? Does anyone know what may have caused this?

There are a few things that you can do to help your eyelashes grow. we tend to forget that eyelashes are hair and like the hair on your head you need to take care of them. things to consider are your diet, reducing stress and using an eyelash enhancer.

hmm..i dont know what may have caused that other than something having to do with wearing mascara, cuz mascara messes up your eyelashes, or maybe its the way you take off your makeup…i dont know but i know you can go and buy eyelash growth serum. RapidLash is a good one, if you browse around on amazon they have many brands that make the stuff. GL.
