eyelash growth

Dear Everyone,

I’m a 16 year old chinese girl and I have a problem with hair growth in my eyelashes and eyebrows:(

In general, I do’t have alot of hair around my body, hair just seems to not grow that much on me. My eyelashes are so short its almost not there and so are my eyebrows, it’s REALLY sparse and empty and I want longer, thicker, and fuller eyelashes/eyebrows naturally, without using makeup. Is it any product I can use like vaseline or something I’ve heard? Thanks.
