Two cats, and moving. Who moves in first?
I have 2 cats: Gordi and Boo Boo. Boo Boo is new, I just got him in November and he is 8 months old. he is really playful, full of energy, friendly and relaxed. I got Gordi from the pound in 2008, she is 6 years old, and very standoffish. She seems to be terrified of everything, and I am the only person who she kind of trusts. I'm pretty sure she was abused in the past, but I have no idea because the pound would not give me that information. She has been living with Nova, my parents' cats for the past 8 months, and my parents want me to take her because ever since I moved out she has been depressed. Boo Boo and I have been living at my parents' as well, since I had to move, and was there in the meantime, for the past 3 months. Boo Boo and Avon frequently play, but sometimes Avon lashes out at him if she gets tired of playing. my question is, now that I have my new one bedroom apatement, how should I move them both in together or should I move one first and then the other?
move them together
You should move in first with all your stuff. then you bring cats to the new home together and let them loose at same time. they will get to know it very fast.
Depressed?
oh no!!!!
he isnt suicidal is he!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
together, because if you do them one at a time there could be dominance issues.
