Recently my hair has been falling out a lot. I got a relaxer almost 2 months ago. I'm kind of waiting to the relaxer comes out before doing anything else but I've been looking online for some remedies. I never knew there were a such thing as hair vitamins and I'm thinking maybe they can somehow benefit me.

Well the vitamins your talking about is basically for hair and skin. I think it may be a good source of vitamins. Uh mainly composed of Vitamin a, C etc… I think fish oils may be one of them. They are like little circles, haven't really seen any of these vitamins.

What is a good brand of hair vitamins ?
