Try a gel-based eye cream. Clinique has a refreshing and cool one. Also, if you want to use eye cream around your eyes, and you are using a concealer there as well, your best bet is to use a lightweight powder to set everything and keep the oil at bay. Also, eye cream is really not meant to use close to the lashline. when applying eye cream, only apply it around the orbital bone (the bone surrounding the eye) in a tapping motion. An amount the size of a grain of rice is sufficient. Any more, and you are overdoing the eye cream, adding to your problem.
