I cut my hair really short due to real bad damaged hair. My hair was all the way down to my butt. Anyways I really want my long hair back but growing it is not that easy it takes forever to grow. so to speed the process up what are the best vitamins that I can buy to make it grow fast and healthy. Anyone out there tried any that they can honestly say that their hair grew.

i've read rave reviews about a vitamin by René Furterer called Vitalfan Antichute Thin Hair supplements. apparently the olsen twins take them to maintain their healthy hair. i read it in elle magazine. you can go to sephora.com and order them. they were sold out for a while!

you could also take biotin vitamin supplements which you can get at the local drug store.

if you can find any sort of shampoo that contains burdock excracts, that will probably double your hair growth rate:)
